Barbera d’Asti di grande intensità e carattere, proveniente dal celebre cru Mongovone, noto per regalare vini ricchi, profondi e di notevole personalità.
La vinificazione prevede fermentazione tradizionale e affinamento in legno che dona struttura, morbidezza e complessità senza coprire l’anima varietale del vitigno.
Alla vista si presenta rubino fitto; al naso sprigiona note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie dolci, cenni di vaniglia e sfumature balsamiche; al palato è pieno, caldo, avvolgente, con tannino levigato e lunga persistenza.
Perfetto con carni brasate, secondi importanti della cucina piemontese, formaggi stagionati e piatti ricchi di sapore.
