Hugues Amesland Armagnac Tenarèze "Rounagle" V.S.

Il "Hugues Amesland Armagnac Tenarèze Rounagle V.S." è un distillato francese nobile e intenso, prodotto nella regione della Ténarèze, una delle zone più vocate per l’Armagnac. La sigla V.S. (Very Special) indica un invecchiamento minimo di 2 anni in legno, sufficiente per conferire al distillato un profilo giovane ma già complesso e appagante. La produzione avviene tramite distillazione discontinua in alambicchi tradizionali, utilizzando vini bianchi locali a base di uve Ugni Blanc, Colombard e Folle Blanche. L’Armagnac viene poi affinato in botti di rovere francese che ne ammorbidiscono il carattere e arricchiscono la struttura aromatica. Alla vista si presenta di un caldo colore ambrato. Il profumo è ricco e avvolgente, con note di frutta secca, prugne, spezie dolci e vaniglia. Al palato è deciso, caldo e persistente, con un buon equilibrio tra freschezza e maturità, e una piacevole chiusura leggermente tannica. Ottimo da degustare liscio in calice ballon, è perfetto anche come distillato da meditazione o in accompagnamento a cioccolato fondente e sigari. Un Armagnac giovane ma già profondo, ideale per chi vuole avvicinarsi con stile a questo grande distillato francese.
