Syrah di grande finezza proveniente da uno dei cru più vocati del Rodano settentrionale, espressione elegante e precisa dello stile del Domaine Courbis.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio e legno con affinamento calibrato che dona equilibrio tra intensità aromatica, struttura e freschezza.
Nel calice è rubino profondo; al naso emergono note di frutti neri, viola, spezie scure e leggere sfumature affumicate; al palato è pieno, armonioso, con tannino setoso e lunga persistenza minerale.
Perfetto con arrosti, carni rosse grigliate, selvaggina leggera e formaggi stagionati.
