Moscato Passito "San Giovanni"

? Il Moscato Passito "San Giovanni" di Tenuta Olim Bauda è un vino dolce ottenuto da uve Moscato 100%, provenienti dalla cascina in Valle San Giovanni, tra Nizza Monferrato e Canelli. Dopo una vendemmia tardiva e un appassimento su graticci, il mosto fermenta e affina in piccole botti di rovere, sviluppando un colore giallo ambrato carico. Al naso, offre un bouquet intenso e piacevole, con note di frutta secca come fico e albicocca, frutta candita come buccia d'arancia, zucchero a velo e miele. In bocca, è persistente e ben equilibrato, grazie a una buona acidità che bilancia il residuo zuccherino. Si abbina perfettamente a dolci e formaggi.
