Le uve vengono vinificate con fermentazione in parte in acciaio e in parte in barrique di rovere francese, con successivo affinamento sulle fecce fini per donare maggiore complessità e cremosità al vino.
Nel calice si presenta di colore giallo paglierino brillante; al naso sprigiona profumi di agrumi, pesca bianca, mela matura e delicate note di vaniglia e nocciola; al palato è avvolgente, equilibrato, con buona freschezza, trama cremosa e finale lungo e armonico.
Si abbina perfettamente a crostacei, pesce al forno, carni bianche e piatti a base di funghi o formaggi a media stagionatura.
