Podere Gagliassi - Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio con fermentazione tradizionale e un affinamento breve, in parte in acciaio e in parte in legno grande, per mantenere freschezza e definizione senza appesantire il vino.
Al naso emergono profumi di ciliegia, piccoli frutti rossi, rosa e leggere note speziate; al palato è fine, equilibrato, con tannini morbidi e una piacevole acidità che dona scorrevolezza e precisione.
Ottimo con primi piatti saporiti, carni bianche, vitello tonnato, formaggi semistagionati e piatti tipici della cucina piemontese.
