Il Merlot "Merenda con Corvi" della Società Agricola Bea è un vino rosso prodotto sulle colline di Pinerolo, in Piemonte, da uve Merlot.
L’affinamento prevede 8-10 mesi in carati di rovere francese da 225 litri, seguiti da un periodo in vasche di acciaio fino all’imbottigliamento, con ulteriore riposo in bottiglia prima della distribuzione.
È una produzione molto limitata, di circa 600 bottiglie, elemento che ne sottolinea il carattere artigianale e la disponibilità contenuta.
Al palato esprime la morbidezza tipica del Merlot, con buona struttura e un profilo adatto ad accompagnare carni rosse, arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
