Dante Rivetti - Piemonte Chardonnay DOC "La Valletta"
La vinificazione avviene in parte in acciaio e in parte in barrique, con un breve affinamento sui lieviti che dona morbidezza e rotondità, mantenendo al tempo stesso la fragranza varietale dello Chardonnay.
Al calice si presenta con colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso offre sentori di frutta tropicale, agrumi, vaniglia e leggere note tostate. In bocca è pieno e armonioso, con equilibrio tra freschezza e cremosità e un finale lungo e minerale.
Si abbina perfettamente a piatti di pesce, crostacei, carni bianche delicate e formaggi a pasta molle, ma è eccellente anche come aperitivo di classe.
