Francois Secondé Champagne "Clavier" Brut

Il "Francois Secondé Champagne Clavier Brut" è uno Champagne artigianale e di grande espressività, prodotto nel villaggio Grand Cru di Sillery, nella Montagne de Reims, zona d’eccellenza per il Pinot Noir e lo Chardonnay.
Assemblaggio elegante e bilanciato, rappresenta lo stile della maison con un perfetto equilibrio tra struttura, freschezza e complessità aromatica.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio e bottiglia secondo il metodo champenois, con un affinamento sui lieviti di almeno 36 mesi, che contribuisce a donare profondità e finezza alla cuvée.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo dorato brillante con perlage fine e persistente.
Al naso è intenso e armonico, con profumi di mela, crosta di pane, nocciola, fiori bianchi e leggere sfumature agrumate e minerali.
In bocca è secco, fresco e strutturato, con bollicina cremosa, ottimo equilibrio e un finale lungo e sapido che richiama eleganza e territorialità.
Perfetto come aperitivo raffinato o in abbinamento a frutti di mare, tartare, sushi, carni bianche e formaggi a pasta molle.
Uno Champagne dal profilo deciso e raffinato, perfetto per chi cerca autenticità e qualità in ogni calice.
