La vinificazione avviene interamente in acciaio per preservare la purezza del frutto, seguita da un affinamento sui lieviti di almeno 4 anni in bottiglia, che conferisce profondità, equilibrio e complessità aromatica al vino.
Alla vista si presenta dorato brillante con perlage fine e persistente, al naso offre note intense di frutti rossi, agrumi maturi, spezie delicate e sfumature tostate, mentre al palato è strutturato, cremoso e vibrante, con un finale elegante e minerale.
Perfetto da abbinare a carpacci di carne, piatti a base di funghi, tartare di tonno, crostacei e formaggi stagionati.
