Pol Roger - Champagne AOC Brut Réserve Brut

Il Brut Réserve di Pol Roger è lo Champagne emblematico della maison, un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza, struttura e freschezza, nato dall’assemblaggio delle tre principali uve della regione: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier e Chardonnay, provenienti da oltre 30 cru selezionati. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio inox con fermentazione a bassa temperatura, seguita da un affinamento sui lieviti di almeno 36 mesi nelle cantine storiche della maison. Alla vista si presenta con un colore oro chiaro e un perlage finissimo e persistente. Al naso offre un bouquet raffinato con note di mela, pera, agrumi, fiori bianchi, brioche e mandorla. Al palato è fresco, armonico, rotondo e cremoso, con un finale equilibrato e di grande piacevolezza. Ideale per ogni occasione, accompagna perfettamente antipasti eleganti, piatti di pesce, sushi, carni bianche e formaggi freschi.
