La produzione prevede la fermentazione dei vini base in piccole botti di rovere, seguita da un lungo affinamento sui lieviti in cantina per diversi anni, tecnica che contribuisce alla straordinaria profondità e complessità aromatica dello Champagne.
Alla vista si presenta con un colore dorato brillante e perlage finissimo e persistente; al naso offre note ricche di agrumi maturi, frutta secca, brioche, miele e delicate sfumature speziate; al palato è ampio, cremoso e strutturato, con grande equilibrio tra freschezza, potenza e una lunghissima persistenza.
Ideale come grande aperitivo o in abbinamento a piatti raffinati di pesce, crostacei, foie gras, cucina gourmet e formaggi stagionati.
