Champagne elegante e armonioso firmato Soret-Devaux, espressione autentica di un’annata equilibrata e ricca di finezza.
Ottenuto da un assemblaggio di Pinot Noir e Chardonnay provenienti dai vigneti della Côte des Bar, affina per diversi anni sui lieviti, raggiungendo complessità e maturità aromatica.
Al naso si apre con note di frutta gialla matura, agrumi, miele e accenni tostati, mentre al palato è cremoso, fresco e minerale, con una bollicina fine e un finale lungo e persistente.
Perfetto come aperitivo o in abbinamento a piatti di pesce, crostacei e carni bianche, rappresenta un millesimato di ottimo equilibrio e raffinata eleganza.
