Champagne di profonda espressività e autenticità firmato Laherte Frères, ottenuto da uve Meunier in purezza provenienti da vecchie vigne piantate tra il 1947 e il 1953 nei villaggi di Chavot e Mancy.
Vinificato in legno e affinato sui lieviti, è proposto in versione Extra Brut per preservare l’identità del vitigno e la tensione del terroir.
Al naso rivela aromi di frutta rossa matura, agrumi, miele e spezie fini, con un elegante tocco minerale.
Al palato è ampio, cremoso e complesso, con un equilibrio perfetto tra ricchezza e freschezza e un finale lungo e salino.
Ideale con piatti di pesce, carni bianche o formaggi a media stagionatura, è un Meunier di rara finezza e carattere.
