Lo Champagne Réserve Brut di Leclerc Briant è una cuvée raffinata che esprime l'eleganza e la tradizione della Maison. Composto da un assemblaggio di 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir e 20% Chardonnay, questo champagne offre un equilibrio perfetto tra freschezza e complessità. La vinificazione prevede un affinamento parziale in botti di rovere, che conferisce al vino una sottile nota legnosa e una struttura armoniosa. Al palato, si presenta con una vivace freschezza, accompagnata da una cremosa effervescenza e una piacevole mineralità. Ideale come aperitivo, si abbina egregiamente a piatti a base di pesce di mare, ostriche, capesante con pancetta, foie gras, aragosta e anatra. Servire a una temperatura di 10°C per apprezzarne appieno le sfumature aromatiche.
