Champagne di culto e di straordinaria personalità firmato Jérome Prévost, ottenuto da sole uve Meunier provenienti dal celebre vigneto “Les Béguines” a Gueux, nella Montagne de Reims.
Vinificato in legno e affinato sui lieviti per diversi anni, esprime un equilibrio perfetto tra energia, profondità e purezza.
Al naso offre complessi aromi di frutta matura, agrumi, spezie e note minerali, mentre al palato è teso, cremoso e vibrante, con una trama fine e un finale lungo e salino.
