Château Les Remparts de Birol Côtes de Bourg

Il "Château Les Remparts de Birol Côtes de Bourg" è un vino rosso bordolese corposo e armonico, prodotto nella storica denominazione Côtes de Bourg, situata sulla riva destra della Gironda.
Ottenuto da 100% uve Merlot, offre una combinazione equilibrata di frutto, struttura e piacevole rotondità.
La vinificazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata, con affinamento in parte in acciaio e parte in botti di rovere, per aggiungere complessità e morbidezza senza eccessi di legno.
Alla vista si presenta di colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei.
Al naso esprime profumi di frutti rossi maturi, mora, ciliegia e prugna, accompagnati da leggere note speziate e tostate.
In bocca è morbido, rotondo e ben strutturato, con tannini levigati, buona freschezza e un finale equilibrato e fruttato.
Perfetto in abbinamento a carni alla griglia, arrosti, primi piatti saporiti, salumi e formaggi stagionati.
Un Bordeaux accessibile e piacevole, ideale per accompagnare la cucina quotidiana con stile e personalità.
