Il Château Haut Rozier di Romain Pascal rappresenta l’eleganza delle Côtes de Francs, qui proposto in formato Magnum che ne esalta il potenziale di affinamento e convivialità.
La vinificazione avviene con attenta selezione delle uve e maturazione in legno, che dona struttura e complessità senza sovrastare il frutto.
Alla vista si presenta con un rosso rubino intenso, al naso sprigiona note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie e cenni tostati, mentre al palato rivela corpo equilibrato, tannini morbidi e finale persistente.
Perfetto con arrosti, selvaggina, formaggi stagionati e piatti di carne strutturati.
