Tenuta Argentiera - Bolgheri Superiore DOC Argentiera
La vinificazione prevede macerazione controllata sulle bucce e fermentazione in vasche di acciaio con temperatura regolata, seguita da un lungo affinamento in barrique e tonneaux di rovere francese per conferire profondità, integrazione dei tannini e complessità aromatica.
Alla vista mostra un colore rosso rubino intenso; al naso sviluppa aromi di frutti rossi maturi, ciliegia e prugna con note speziate di vaniglia, pepe nero e leggere sfumature balsamiche; al palato è pieno, armonico, con tannini levigati, buon equilibrio tra acidità e alcol e finale persistente.
Perfetto con arrosti, brasati di carne rossa, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati, Argentiera si abbina anche a piatti di pasta ricchi e sughi strutturati.
