La vinificazione avviene in acciaio con fermentazione a temperatura controllata e successivo affinamento sulle fecce fini, per esaltare aromi e struttura senza perdere freschezza.
Il colore è giallo paglierino luminoso, al naso si apre con note di fiori bianchi, agrumi, pesca e accenni minerali, mentre al palato è armonioso, fresco e di grande equilibrio, con chiusura elegante e persistente.
Perfetto come aperitivo raffinato, si abbina a piatti di pesce, crostacei, sushi, primi delicati e formaggi freschi.
