La lavorazione avviene con metodi tradizionali, attraverso una lenta macerazione in alcol neutro che permette di estrarre aromi delicati e profumi autentici, seguita da un breve affinamento in acciaio per mantenerne la freschezza.
Alla vista si presenta limpido, con tonalità dorate e riflessi paglierini.
