André Goichot - Montagny 1er Cru Domaine Les Guignottes "Les Resses" Monopole

Questo raffinato Montagny Premier Cru proviene dal monopole "Les Resses", parte del Domaine Les Guignottes di André Goichot, e rappresenta una delle espressioni più eleganti dello Chardonnay in Borgogna meridionale. Vinificato con pressatura soffice e fermentazione a temperatura controllata, viene affinato parte in acciaio e parte in legno per preservare freschezza e complessità. Alla vista è giallo paglierino luminoso. Il bouquet è fine e complesso, con note di fiori bianchi, agrumi, mandorla fresca e un delicato accenno vanigliato. In bocca è fresco e minerale, con una trama cremosa e un finale lungo e sapido. Ottimo in abbinamento con crostacei, pesce al forno, carni bianche delicate e formaggi a pasta molle.
