Espressione autorevole del Pinot Noir della Côte de Nuits, il Nuits-Saint-Georges "Aux Allots" di André Goichot nasce da un climat rinomato per struttura e profondità. La vinificazione prevede fermentazione in tini di legno e un lungo affinamento in barrique di rovere francese, parte nuove, che arricchisce il vino di eleganza e complessità. Alla vista si presenta con un intenso rosso rubino. Il naso è profondo e stratificato, con profumi di ciliegia matura, mora, spezie dolci, sottobosco e una leggera nota affumicata. Al palato è corposo, con tannini ben presenti ma vellutati, una freschezza equilibrata e una chiusura lunga e sapida. Ideale con arrosti, selvaggina, piatti di funghi e formaggi stagionati.
