Vinificazione tradizionale con fermentazione in vasche aperte e macerazione sulle bucce, seguita da affinamento in barrique di rovere francese per un periodo prolungato volto a esaltare complessità e armonia.
Alla vista si presenta rosso rubino luminoso, al naso esprime profumi raffinati di lampone, ciliegia, petali di rosa e spezie fini con leggere sfumature minerali, in bocca è setoso, elegante, con tannini delicati, equilibrio impeccabile e finale lungo e persistente.
Si abbina a carni bianche nobili, selvaggina da piuma, piatti a base di funghi e formaggi stagionati di media intensità.
