Didier Gerbelle - Valle D'Aosta Rosso DOC "Peque-na!" 0,75 lt.
È ottenuto da un assemblaggio di vitigni autoctoni Cornalin e Fumin; la vinificazione prevede una macerazione sulle bucce di circa 12-15 giorni seguita dalla fermentazione malolattica e da un affinamento di circa 12 mesi in botte.
Alla vista si presenta rosso rubino, al naso offre profumi di frutti rossi e note tipiche delle varietà alpine, mentre al palato risulta equilibrato, fresco e con una buona struttura sostenuta da piacevole sapidità.
Si abbina bene a primi piatti saporiti, carni rosse, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
