Prodotto da un’attenta selezione di uve raccolte manualmente, fermenta in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata e affina per un lungo periodo in barrique di rovere francese, seguito da ulteriore riposo in bottiglia.
Alla vista si presenta rosso rubino profondo con riflessi granati, al naso sprigiona profumi complessi di frutti di bosco maturi, spezie, cacao, tabacco e leggere note balsamiche, mentre al palato è strutturato, avvolgente e armonico, con tannini vellutati e finale lungo e persistente.
Ideale in abbinamento a carni rosse importanti, selvaggina, arrosti, brasati e formaggi stagionati di grande struttura.
