Angelo Negro - Dolcetto d'Alba DOC "Cescu"
Vinificato in acciaio con fermentazione a temperatura controllata e affinamento esclusivamente in vasche inerti per preservare freschezza, fragranza e integrità del frutto.
Alla vista si presenta rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei, al naso esprime profumi netti di ciliegia, mora e piccoli frutti rossi con leggere note floreali, in bocca è secco, morbido, di buona struttura, con tannino gentile e finale pulito e fruttato.
Ideale in abbinamento a salumi piemontesi, primi piatti al ragù, carni bianche, arrosti leggeri e formaggi di media stagionatura.
