Prodotto solo nelle migliori annate, nasce da un assemblaggio selezionato di Pinot Noir e Chardonnay con lunga maturazione sui lieviti nelle storiche crayères della Maison, che conferisce cremosità e finezza.
Alla vista si presenta giallo dorato brillante con perlage fine e persistente, al naso offre note di agrumi maturi, frutta a polpa gialla, brioche, nocciola e leggere sfumature tostate, mentre al palato è ampio, strutturato, armonico, con freschezza ben integrata e finale lungo e sapido.
Ideale in abbinamento a crostacei, pesce nobile, carni bianche, piatti gourmet strutturati e formaggi a media stagionatura.
