Marchesi Alfieri - Barbera d'Asti DOCG "La Tota" 2008 0,75 lt.
La Barbera d'Asti "La Tota" di Marchesi Alfieri nasce nel cuore del Monferrato, da vigneti selezionati coltivati su suoli ricchi di marne e sabbie, ideali per esaltare l’espressività del vitigno.
La vinificazione prevede fermentazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata, seguita da un affinamento in legno che conferisce complessità e struttura al vino, senza sovrastarne il carattere varietale.
Nel calice si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso emergono note di frutti rossi maturi, ciliegia e prugna, accompagnate da sfumature speziate e leggere sensazioni tostate. Al palato è pieno, equilibrato, con una buona freschezza tipica della Barbera e tannini morbidi che sostengono un finale persistente.
Si abbina perfettamente a piatti di carne, arrosti, brasati e formaggi stagionati.
