Cocchi Brut Piemonte DOC

Il Cocchi Brut Piemonte DOC è uno spumante fine ed elegante, con un profilo aromatico leggermente fruttato, tipico dello stile Giulio Cocchi. Prodotto dal 1979, questo spumante è ottenuto da un blend di 70% Pinot Nero e 30% Chardonnay, con una prima fermentazione in vasche d'acciaio della durata di circa tre settimane. Successivamente, la cuvée viene assemblata e sottoposta a una lenta fermentazione naturale a freddo in grandi serbatoi, senza passaggio in legno, che conferisce al vino una spuma fine e persistente. Al palato, offre un gusto intenso e ricco, accompagnato da una sensazione di freschezza data dal perlage continuo e molto fine. Ideale da gustare durante tutto il pasto, si abbina perfettamente a piatti a base di pesce, frutti di mare e carni bianche. Servire a una temperatura di 6-8°C.
