La vinificazione avviene con metodi tradizionali e grande attenzione alla selezione delle uve, seguita da un lungo affinamento in botti di rovere che conferisce profondità e struttura al vino.
Alla vista si presenta con un colore rubino intenso. Al naso offre profumi raffinati di frutti rossi maturi, spezie dolci, note floreali e leggere sfumature boisée. In bocca è setoso, complesso, con tannini fini e un finale persistente e armonioso.
Perfetto in abbinamento a piatti di selvaggina, arrosti di carne rossa, formaggi stagionati e preparazioni ricche della cucina francese o piemontese.
