La vinificazione prevede fermentazione in acciaio con macerazione sulle bucce e successivo affinamento in parte in legno per esaltarne complessità e struttura.
Alla vista si presenta rosso rubino luminoso, al naso offre profumi delicati di piccoli frutti rossi, ciliegia e leggere note speziate, mentre al palato è equilibrato, fresco e armonico con tannini morbidi e buona persistenza.
Ideale in abbinamento a carni bianche, primi piatti saporiti, salumi e formaggi di media stagionatura.
